This warning is to advise you of the following lease violations: more than two guest at the pool, alcohol beverages at the pool, glass bottles at the pool, patio furniture thrown into pool, indecent exposure, use of profanities. Tonti management is formally notifying you that you are in violation of your lease.

This is you final written notice. You must cease and desist such activity immediately. According to terms of your lease, if this activity continues, Tonti Management will cancel your lease and ask for return of premises.
